We loved everything about this place! The facilities, the room, the view, everything was exceptional

The staff was really helpful and friendly. We checked in relatively late and she was around to guide us, and even gave a short tour of the apartment. The location was also really good, allowing us to reach Kawaguchiko within minutes.

Quirky - very helpful staff. Everything went to plan and the electric bikes were brilliant to cycle round the lake and get the best views of Fuji.

Convenient location. Although located by a main road, the container cottage was quiet, clean and well equipped. We had a comfortable stay.

Staying at THE DOOR was awesome! The free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station made getting there and back super easy. The camping-style rooms and spotless facilities felt special, and the vending machine on the site was a nice touch. The view from the terrace is amazing, and grilling on the BBQ at Fuji’s foot with friends was a blast. The e-bikes are so handy for zip-ping around town without parking worries. Staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, there’s a 24-hour Lawson next door and lots of restaurants and a pharmacy close by. Highly recommend!

Use of the ebikes was awesome

Very good experienced. Clean and tidy. Facilities all well, although there is no nearby MRT station, well is Fuji~ there is very less MRT station but they provide free bike is very convenient to get to nearby attraction ~ 5-10 min ride to kawaguchico station, 20 min ride to lake side

Terrace with Mt. Fuji view. washing and drying machine for free very comfortable and big beds and pillows. Very big and cozy living space. The place get all warm and cozy. On site support staff till 8 pm.

I love the BBQ arrangement that my friends enjoy a great dinner. The greatest experience was seeing the full view of Mount Fuji in the morning. That's so peaceful and relaxing.

The accomodation is very clean. It is close to Lawson convenient store and a small shopping mall which closes at 8pm.

The location was amazing as it has Mount Fuji as the backdrop. Even though it was a little far from the attractions, we were given free rental bicycles during our stay.

“A peaceful little dome”

The dome is super cozy and there's so much space inside. Everything is really clean, and the bedsheets feel fresh. The mattresses are also super comofrtable. When it rains, it feels very relaxing in the dome. The hosts are super friendly and accomodatong too! Also, it's very close to a hottoh restaurant and shopping centre ^_^ 10/10 would come back to stay in future

It was very simple and served its purpose. As it was difficult to get around in Kawaguchiko it was a blessing that Hirosan offered to drive us to our destinations each day. Great hospitality!
