I couldn't get the agreed apartment due to full reservation, even after postponing my stay for a week. (this means missing my stay for 2 times in a row)

“The worst place to stay.”
The manager Kishan stole my safety deposit 2,000 dirhams. He blamed me that I left damage (scratch)on kitchen table's countertop. That scratch had been there before my check-in to this apartments. He lied that the table been changed just before my arrival. He made video of that scratch after my departure. That table is original since the Apartment Building was built couple years before and never been renovated or changed. He didn't show me any video or photo proof how the table's countertop had looked before my stay there. And, of course, no receipt after replacing of a new one. So, it's his way to steal money from the guests. Be aware of stay in this Residence or make video and photo all furniture and rooms on your arrival. Bring your own toilet tissues and Kleenex. They don't provide it for a long stay. No cleaning, no linen. change
