“Cute for a stay”
The hotel was quite confortable and we were able to use their parking for free! The room was very large, probably the largest we got in Croatia, and it had a nice view of the town. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. It was walking distance from the lake which was very nice too.

Staff very eager to help. Even helped to clean snow from the car. Opportunities around the place (within 40 minutes drive) for nature lovers are endless. Pity we had just 3 days to stay.

Very nice lady at the reception, incredibly helpful and accommodating, we felt cozy on our long journey while passing through. I just want to point out that the restaurant downstairs is open for a long time in the summer and it can be disturbing as well as the noisy technology in the room, which could not be turned off, however, you can relax and have a great time and the breakfast was very tasty and a good choice to perfection, the only thing missing was a quality espresso at the hotel, however, there is a nice cafe bar nearby... the surroundings were not as interesting for us as we expected, but if you are looking for a place to sleep as a stopover, it is not suitable.

We stayed overnight on the way from Istria to the Zagreb airport. History is interesting and setting in Gorski Kotar is very pleasant. Very convenient location and nice small town. Parking lot is small and was full but the front desk was very helpful and told us to just park in the bus spot.

“Pleasant base for exploring Gorski Kotar with good breakfast and good dining options”
Staff were courteous without exception. The breakfast was hearty and varied. The parking lot is directly behind the hotel. The restaurant was a great dinner option. Good cycling and hiking options directly from the hotel (it's very close to two lakes), and many more options are an easy drive away.
