The apartment was just acceptable. The rental company sent us many messages stating the renting rules and norms including a strange request at the end of the stay telling us that if we did not give them 5/5 appraisal on the Webbsite to get in touch with them. ??? We had a couple of inacceptable problems, the worst was related to hygiene. Then, there were the maintenance people who were very nice and tried to correct and help in whatever was needed. They even left a few essentials for us on arrival. We have rented for long stays before but have never been asked for €500 deposit for damages, (refundable) or €50 non refundable: We opted for the latter. Their attitude through emails was very unpleasant, forgetting that we were paying a lot money for the 32 nights rent and that customers can not be treated without respect. We would never rent again with Murcia Rentals. David Hulme.

“Excellent - Very Comfortable”
Only Stopped 2 days, as was joining a work group going to watch Take That In Murcia. Perfect position, and very comfortable, Thank You, would definitely stay again. :)
