The hotel is about an hour's drive to Santander for catching a morning ferry. There is plenty of onsite (free) parking. The staff were very helpful and keen to help.

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in booked a room in the hotel on arrival they stated that there were no rooms avaliable in the hotel and sent to an apartment a mile away from the hotel with no TV or Internet facilities a big hotel in the front door I had to leave and book another hotel do not stay in this hotel it is delaidated and is only a 1 star hotel

Location. Bar and food available all day and a further restaurant open in evenjng. Plenty of parking. Room cold on arrival (mid afternoon(May)), they were happy to override the heating timer for us. We would stay again.

We arrived later than the usually allowed, due to power cuts across Spain on the day we travelled. The staff were helpful in accomodating us.
