“all is good enough...”
we booking for family all 4 persons , but in system just show to the Hotel only 2 , Mr.Lin the owner accept it. Not add. any charges more. this is good respond...great.

“It felt like a scam”
A guest house with private facilities/bathroom and kitchen was advertised. We booked two nights and received the confirmation accordingly. When we arrived the host seemed surprised to see us. The room we were shown to did have an ensuite toilet but the bathroom was common usage. The kitchen shown on booking.com does not match the reality: it was in fact the owner's private kitchen not prepared to be used by guests. That the usage of towels and yukatas incurred extra costs was also not mentioned. The tatami were the most uncomfortable we experienced during our trip through Japan. Had we not been to tired we would have left right away so after the first night we fled the place. All in all it felt like a scam.
