“Terrible smell all over hotel and sargassum terribly managed.”

Dirty hall, employees with angry faces, at checkin nobody informed that there are no room cleaning even for 3 nights. The beach is awfull, sargassum and bad smell all over the hotel. Employees were just pailing up more and more sargassum at the beach over and over, leaving a terrible smell all over, pools, restaurants, bar, everywhere. I would never recommend it.

The upper pool was fun. View was fabulous, staff friendly, staff at Margaritaville restaurant were friendly, Woman at swim up bar was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and efficient. The location of the hotel is fantastic—just a short and easy 5-minute walk to Coki Beach, which is truly one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. The on-site shuttle service that brings you back up to your room from the main area was also a great convenience. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Some staff members were nice and friendly. Close to a nice beach and the island has some nice spots that are easy to get to from the resort.

The grounds are beautiful, We stayed in building 12 on the mountain top and my 78 year old mother had a hard time walking down the stairs to the main restaurants or parking lots. There are shuttles but they was not a set schedule. It was a pretty good system but maybe double check how well people do with stairs when booking rooms.

The resort is fine, however, the check in process is not the best. They let us waiting and waiting when the room was already ready.

We loved it here! Our room was perfect. Had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms are up on a hill but there was always staff driving around picking guests up. The pools were awesome, especially the hilltop pool and swim up bar.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, especially bartenders Cameron, Allen, and Kevin. They all added to a very positive experience at Magaritaville. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the restaurant, quality of food was very good. We are returning with our children for Thanksgiving

Margaritaville has the best staff. All staff had smiling faces and were very helpful. The food was good at the restaurant on site. We loved the snorkling. Meghan in the dive shop was super friendly and helpful and told us all the good spots to snorkle. We went on the sunset cruise there at the hotel and it was so much fun! The crew was so funny and free drinks, wow! We loved our trip, thank you Margaritaville!!!!!!!!!!! The room was large and clean. It came with dishes and glasses and a margarita machine, sectional sofa, small frig and microwave. Big balcony. Not one bug was seen. We did see ignuanas in the trees which were facinating. The golf cart crew took us up and down from our rooms and they were always available. It was beautiful there. We loved it. No mosquitos at all, great ocean breeze, super large shower for two people if needed. I have no complaints at all. If you rent a car like we did, park it in the lot near the entrance, plenty of parking there. There were two pools. The pools had a sun deck, where lounge chairs sat in the water and there were also built in tables and chairs in the pool so you could sit in the pool and drink a margarita! There were three bars, one at each pool and at the restaurant. They also gave out pool towels. If you go to a different beach, they rent chairs, umbrellas etc. Every beach had a bar. Taxis galore, going everywhere. We went to the Sky ride gondola which was breathtaking in views. We went to the markets for shopping and swam and swam and just loved it. The water is clear and warm and torquise near the beach and shaphire blue out on the boat, just gorgeous.

We loved having consistent taxis onsite. Since we are mostly there for beaches and Margaritaville's location is usually in direct wind, we don't spend much of our day time there. The flora and grounds were well maintained, except for the beach. The rooms were nice, the fridge size is a plus when you get groceries or snacks.

There was breakfast?! I liked the convenience of the resort as well as the staff. Everyone was great! The food at the side restaurant there was top notch:) I liked the landscaping too. It was wonderful to be in such a zen atmosphere. Keep up the good work!
