“Clean and maintain your rooms!!”
We booked a queen suite and the bathroom door was broken and literally flapped due to the frame being broken. Even though there's a pull out bed that we needed to use, there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room to use with it. The guide on the TVs would not pull up due to some weird setting on the TV, and you could tell just by looking at the vents that they don't dust at all. Also, the shower faucet was literally fixing to fall off the wall and would move when we went to pull the tab up to turn on the shower. For almost $300 a night I would expect a well maintained and cleaned room which was not what we received. You could also hear EVERYTHING above and below us. The staff seemed rushed or like they couldn't be bothered as well. If it was not for the location of this hotel I probably would not book here again.

“We would have liked to have cold water, trash emptied, but we enjoyed breakfast.”
Breakfast was very good. Coffee was great! Room had no cold water the 3 days we stayed there. No internet for 2 days, trash not empties for 2 days.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, great location. The spacious one Bedroom Queen Suite was comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need to make a meal. Breakfasts were good.

“three sisters all in one room and all remained happy :)”
The staff was very friendly and eager to make sure we were happy. The room was a great and me and my 2 sisters had no problem getting around, even though one had a walker we had no issues.
