“Nothing short of robbing customers.”
They just robbed the money without even checking in asked to cancel the booking. U told losing out one day rate as cancellation policy but they just ignored and robbed 7 days money without me checking in also. I am going to consumer court and sue the hotel.

“Amazing value for the money.”
I carefully read reviews of all of the hotels in this area and having seen the reviews for Holiday Inn Express, I booked. Totally exceeded my expectations in every way. Immaculately clean room, hot shower, great breakfast and amazing staff. Great value for the money.- highly recommend.

“Not what I am used to for an IHG property.”
There was nothing about this location I would recommend. Breakfast was beyond terrible and people were taking pictures, which I presume they were posting to social media.

When I made my reservation my bank account was debited $416.47. The confirmation emails came from Holiday Inn but the reservation was paid for under Hampton Inn. Neither location had our deposit and I have still not been refunded to this date. Very disappointing. I will never go through a booking service again!
