“Overall bad experience. Won’t be staying at embassy suites again.”
Check in experience was bad. Got there at 2 pm and was told my room was ready. Then was told I had to pay $35 to check in the 2 hours early. Had to leave for my event and come back at 8 pm to check in. Breakfast hours on Sunday were reduced and I had to leave before the current breakfast hours so was not able to take advantage of the breakfast.
