“Superb!”
Food! Breakfast was nice. Dinner was shockingly amazing..thought it was just drinks and snacks but it was solid food..lol.. The bed was very very comfortable! There was a Gideon's bible..lovely..and a note with John 3.16 on it..amazing! This is the best hotel I have stayed in by far.

“Location fine , hotel HUGE disappointment”
I have already submitted a survey to you, location ok for the event at Comerica but the facilities was nothing like the image presented by Booking.com, food/ drink very poor and unhealthy choice, no real restaurant as one would expect, breakfast ( described as “fabulous” )overcrowded, including non-residents, more like truck-stop choice almost no fruit, coffee in restaurant and room undrinkable, evening dinner available in a works canteen, drinks served in plastic, horrible pre-mixed alcoholic drinks. Room smelled of past smokers and carpet near head of bed smelled like very old spilled milk. Gym ok but limited, pool small and shallow, overall brown and slightly dated decor. This was booked on two criteria, location for an event plus the ratings and description featured on the Booking.com website which in reality were miles off and misleading….9.3 and “Superb” “fabulous breakfast” “outdoor swim pool” is miles wide of the mark and misleading and this was a 21st birthday present for my son, hugely dissapointing trip only rescued by the successful event we attended. I’m a huge user of Booking.com who are my go-to providers but this one was very dissapointing, I would appreciate a response from Booking.com. That said I took a look at Hotels.com and their info and photos would also, in my opinion, mislead. Having lived in Texas for 5 years, generally speaking, this hotel would suit more American tourists/ overnighters but not most Europeans who would hope for something that at least recognizes different preferences, wider choice,

“An ideal place to stay if attending sports fixtures in Frisco; very comfortable indeed.”
The staff were very nice indeed, the room was very comfortable and there were various nice touches (like a free afternoon tea) for guests.

“It was a pleasant experience and one I would repeat.”
Breakfast had an excellent assortment, even catered to our vegan colleague. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were inviting and friendly.

The breakfast was wonderful. My kids actually ate it unlike most other hotel stays. Our room was perfect for our family. The indoor pool was an added bonus as it is February and too cold to swim outdoors. And the 5:30-7:00 "Dinner and Drinks" time was a sweet surprise. I had no idea that was provided and it was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.
