Really nothing,it was very poor experience.

It is as on the tin. The room was great, large, and comfortable. Excess past midnight easy, especially since o was able to call and get help, that was given with care. Great staff.

Cleanliness was way below standard. I have seen better in the oil fields of Oklahoma. Toilets 32 inches from floor. Could barely turn in shower and shower sink had no door or separation from sleeping area and only had about 12 square ft space. Stained carpets and poorly maintained rooms.

Location was good and convenient.

1. Breakfast – although clearly stated in the booking and included in the price, breakfast was not served. The restaurant was closed and a sign was displayed stating that no breakfast would be available. 2. Reception – although it was stated that the reception is open from 7:00 to 23:00, nobody was present and no one answered the phone, intercom, or doorbell. We could not access the reception or restaurant area with our key, and had to wait for other guests to let us in. 3. Spa facilities – your website lists a spa center in this hotel, but it does not exist, and nobody could provide us with any information about it. 4. Check-in – upon arrival, it took us more than half an hour to complete the registration via the touchpad, as the device was not functioning properly.

Hotel was not far from the city centar. And we could bring our dog with. We do got free parking, so that was great. We got 6 Euro discount for our worries, but doesnt make up for accomodations.

Room is big. Good price Nice place.

It looked shabby but everything worked. We were only staying overnight and for that purpose the price was reasonable.

Nice balcony. Good parking. Nice road for a walk with dog.

“Shabby hotel far from city center”

The receptionist was not friendly at all. I sent a mail asking information before arrival, never got an answer. I asked for a restaurant nearby, his answer was that everything was closed, because it was Sunday. In a town near the Bodensee. I went to town, everything was open. The hotel is shabby, the room was clean but old and the paper fell from the wall. It is far from the center, not worth the price. I also had to pay additional city tax, which normally always is mentioned on the site of booking.com. When I asked about this, his answer was short and arrogant. The description says that hotel is open 24 hours, but receptionist was gone at 20h.
