❌ I definitely NEVER recommend this hotel ❌ The reservation through Booking.com was for accommodation in BERLIN. Otherwise, after making the purchase, the hotel was reported to be in Dresden, Freital – a completely different city! Just 5 minutes after making the reservation, when I realized this location error, I contacted the hotel to request a cancellation, and Booking.com also contacted the same company. Unfortunately, the support and cancellation manager, despite the obvious situation, was unprofessional and despicable. In transportation, traveling with a child, I had to incur additional and very high costs to get all the way from Berlin to Dresden/Freital. This would be extremely extreme, extreme, and stressful. Never stay in a dangerous location: The room I paid for was sold to someone else. I had to wait 24 hours to receive the accommodation I booked. The service is unreliable – you're asked for help or a pump, which is never delivered. There's no morning or early afternoon contact with staff; everything is closed, and the entire reception desk is just housekeeping staff wandering around the hotel. The hotel never provides any real support with communication or taxi bookings, with the gentleman offering unreliable service. We often hear that he agreed to take us to Dresden or to the train station for a fee, but he was never mechanical every time. There's also a room for you in the hotel until you're 9, so you never have to work. The lady serving breakfast ordered for us. It was subject to the control I applied – due to the lack of medical supervision and the lack of guest supervision. ⚠️ I strongly recommend this hotel – the unfair customer service, lack of assistance, and organizational chaos made this stay one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. ⚠️ I would never recommend it, I would avoid it.

Very helpful and friendly staff...decent breakfast options. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Try to give us less bed than we pay for. The place is not a hotel, it's a bad hostel at best.
