Exceptionally peaceful place to stay, yet 5 minutes from Freiburg main station. Supermarket is 2 minutes away.

The absent staff

I love the locality not far from the main train station and bus stand and only 15 minutes by walk to the old center. The private small fridge and shared kitchenette are a benefit. I appreciate the opportunity and obligation to recycle your waste.

Everything is clean and it's near to the station and the city centre.

Very quiet place, close to public transport and not very far from the old city. The room was convenient, I could cook in the kitchen and meet some of the students from the Institute there, people from all around the world. The staff was very nice and answered quickly to any question I had. Celine at the reception helped me a lot regarding to a phone call I had to do.

Clean basic but everything you want.

The price was good value. The study bedroom was large, with cupboard, bookshelf and large lockable wardrobe and safe. Clean walk-in shower, wc, large basin and free Internet. Under 10 mins walk from Altstadt. Located in a quiet, student area. Once the heating was on, it was warm and comfortable. It would definitely be my first choice. Suitable for all ages.

there was no breakfast. The staff- particularly Iago Goncavles were extremely nice,, pleasant and helpful.

Minus: The trashbin was not emptied after the previous guest, the leftover food was there! It was very confusing how to get the key from the safe and to find the safe to start with! The toilet seat was broken! It was difficult to get the toilet paper 🧻 out of the toilet paper container Plus: The location was good closed to the railway station.

Affordable price, location close to the station, and supermarket nearby! Hot water comes out gurgling. Overall, I think it's usable.
