Missing information about air conditioning control, missing waste sorting containers, poor lighting, neglected maintenance (cleanliness) of the balcony, completely inappropriate placement of the double bed, no access to half of it, turning it 90 degrees would be enough

“Good stay for location and price for the region”
Good location out of town so quieter, 25 min walk or easy tram right outside. No noises between the apartments. Loved being able to use the rooftop terrace with comfy seating and the lobby is also good to relax and do work in if you need to. Room was adequate, clean, relatively good size. Close to multiple supermarkets to be able to cook and get cheap food. Close to lots of transport. Good shower and bathroom.

“Lovely place”
Excellent location, public transport, restaurants, cafes, grocery store only a few steps away. We looked straight at the Black Forest, a beautiful view. Room was really nice and spacious with lots of details that made it a home away from home, super clean and offered everything we needed. The shower was fantastic. The curtains darkened the room so that one could sleep a little in. The people put quality, sustainability and comfort on their priority list. That was very clear. We loved it.

The surroundings were very quiet. The room was very clean. Check-in was easy (note: the keypad is located to the right of the door – the keypad on the left side is not for this purpose). Parking in front of the building on the street was no problem – but you have to pay attention to the parking times.

“Beautiful room but the location is not that interesting”
Beautiful room with a lovely view to the forest. Easy access to a tram into the city. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed for a 4 night stay
