The property was in a good spot and was good for the price. It’s near a main road so it’s very easy to access essential places like atms, shops and a couple of restaurants if you need. It is also more centred in Freetown unlike the very expensive hotels so it feels more authentic. The owner of the hotel has lived in both Sierra Leone and England so he’s extremely helpful if you are travelling. Very nice guy and will help you with hiring a driver, water taxis, site seeing ect. And other staff in the area were very friendly too. Also a very helpful thing is that money exchange can be done through the hotel for a good rate as there is no offical exchange rate.

“A well located, well equipped refuge and friendly team. I always feel very welcome.”
Location is spot on. Very easy access to various parts of town yet quiet and safe. Beds were super comfy and shower powerful and hot. I have stayed here before and always been looked after well by the housekeeping and reception team who are very amenable and friendly. I liked the new rooms, clean and fresh and well equipped. This is my home away from home.
