“Very comfortable, but a little pricey for what you get, and internet should be included!”

“Nice villas, on the canal, great staff.”
The location was great, right on the canal. The apartment was clean and well equipped - gave a great "like home" feel, very comfortable, not like a hotel. The staff were nice and very helpful.

“Perfect stay!! Highly recommend”
It was the perfect stay on Grand Bahama. The Resort is super pretty, it has a nice pool with view on the water. The restaurant is so good. The room was clean and super cozy. The Lady’s at the Reception are very friendly. We would’ve loved to stay longer in that resort. Highly recommend. :)

“It was quiet and relaxing to the point I forgot I was there for work.”
Rooms were clean. Kitchen was clean Bathroom was clean It was like being home. Wish I had the time to cook and fully enjoy the stay. I felt really safe being there.

“comfortable stay at the lovely location”
lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Marina and yachts, very large and well equipped kitchen with everything necessary, big rooms, large bathroom. very friendly personnel and management we were fortunate to be upgraded but also all our requests and daily asks were always answered quickly. nice restaurant and pool on site.

“Very bad and rude customer service and manger is useless”
I booked this resort for 6nights and i had to travel back early because of some emergency in the family so i checked out 3 nights before and i requested the manger if she could part potion of the payment could refund it? I sent a email to her i try to call her not even single reply from yhe manger to the customers wellfair I find she is very ignorent and rude not responsible at all. Please i would never recommend this place for anyone to stay There are much better resorts in freeport and with much respect towards to the customer.
