Lots of noise seams like the people were in the room with us. Elevator not working properly and when ask stairs were not available even in the case of fire. There was several pubic hair in the « clean » shower. Some hair on the bed pillow. Room seamed like it as been renovated lately because paint tape was still left on the walls, tape over the smoke detector, no cover over some of the ceiling lights. Decided not to leave only because our baby was with us and it was way pass bedtime.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great. We had a minor problem with our room and they took care of it immediately and even offered to change our room. Staff all says hello when passing in the hall. Just an all around great experience.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling with my dog and they are pet friendly. My room had easy access to outside which came in handy when my dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. They have a pretty nice breakfast too.

“Good value and friendly service”
The check in experience was efficient and quick, and the person checking us in was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the amenities. The staff at this hotel are great. Throughout our stay even if we encountered an employee in passing they would greet us and ask how our stay was. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. There was lots of parking and the it was easy to get our bags from the car to the hotel as there is a no step entrance and plenty of elevators. We stayed in a King Suite and it was comfortable and spacious. The location is good, with many restaurants and big box stores within a 5-10 minute drive of the hotel. This place offers friendly service and good value for money. We would stay there again.

“Unpleasant”
Nothing! I had a booking and they claimed i didnt. I even showed them my confirmation and my app showing my booking was valid. They wanted to make a new one and charge me more money and demanded I cancel my booking . I would have been charged 356 had I canceled. Then they refused to check us in. So we found another accommodation. They have been trying to charge my card ever since and multiple times a day even tho we didnt stay there AFTER they refused to check us in and refused to honor our original booking

Was just a short drive to downtown. Bed was very comfortable as were the bed linens. Everything that we needed was in the unit. Breakfast was complimentary and really offered a great choice of items.

“Great value”
Booked the King suite with sofa bed. Room was very nice, clean, larger than what I was expecting. Having a kitchenette was a great touch especially with having a new born travel with us. Breakfast was also great here.
