“Front desk”
Due to doing road trips when we holiday in USA one never can book in advance so we often do walk in Hannah & Shenas welcome was appalling __ no we are fully booked was abruptly given to us ( we are aged 80 & 79 !)no respect no sorry we are full __ I'm a bonvoy member _ they lied guess we sat in car park at hotel & booked through booking .com & Hannah's face was a picture was we walked in with our suitcases Shena looked sheepish Hannah was shocked they both let your hotel down as Shena could give me suddenly 2 rooms to choose from DUST blew out of room we GOT !hideous price CEO should refund us our money we have driven through 11 states & done 5734 miles
