I made a reservation through the app, completed the payment, and arrived at the scheduled time. However, I was unable to check in because there were no rooms available. According to the app, the room was still listed as available, and my payment was successfully processed. I contacted customer support via chat to request a refund, but I was informed that this type of booking is non-refundable. Given that I was charged for a room that was not actually available, I expect a full refund to be issued to my card.

“Very very disappointed”

“2nd Stay! Great Staff!”
This was our second stay here on road trips from Canada to Florida. The staff is excellent! Love the pool, it's heated and perfect temperature. The breakfast is great and of course those chocolate chip cookies at the front desk are delicious! We will stay there again!

“The perfect road trip stop over!”
What a lovely hotel! Staff greeted us warmly and explained everything about the place. The swimming pool was awesome. Breakfast was great! Clean and quiet -- perfect road trip stay.
