“Rude receptionist”
Breakfast was an average, the room was clean, the receptionist with an attitude, overconfident and rude. She was working the morning shift 13/08/2025.

“NICE HOTEL IN FRANTISKOVE LAZNE INCONVENIENT FOR VISITORS ARRIVING BY CAR.”
Nice Building at convenience location with access to all amenities of the Kurort. Very good Breakfast in nice restaurant.

“We liked it, was much better than some reviews had made us think”
We found this hotel to be better than some of the reviews would suggest. It has some classic old-fashioned style, if a little bit faded here and there. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was fine. The sauna and pool are fairly basic but are not charged extra. Staff were friendly. Can’t comment on dinner, but the breakfast was good with a wide selection. We found it to be good value for money.

“Františkovy Lázně is like a short trip back in time”
One of a number of spas in Františkovy Lázně, Czechia, this one rated four stars. Extensive spa treatments available; in winter room rates quite affordable. Some (but not many) places within walking distance.
