A really great place to stay, entirely newly built in a historic building, in central location, within good reach of both the main attractions in the city center (spas, parks, pedestrian shopping street etc.), and the train station is a ten minute walk on the level street grid. Well fit, comfortable studio-room. Quiet surroundings, comfortable bed. Good shower. An outside area will be for common use, which will be nice in the summer. Manager is very friendly, circumspect and helpful. Wifi is very good. Altogether great value for money at this spa location. There's a supermarket close by, and several restaurants / bars, and shops.

“Comfortable and spacious”
Big and spacious apartment. Room facing the back (away from main street) was quiet. Cheap and safe parking space in the apartment complex compound. Newly renovated interior (toilet, bathroom, kitchen).

“Great place for the whole family”
The owner met us in person, took us through the building. He was very friendly. The apartment was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the bedrooms spacious, kitchen well equipped, walking distance to the center of Frantiskovy Lazne

“Cozy apartment, close to the center and super friendly owner”
Cozy apartment close to the center. Perfect for short stays, it has everything you need. The owner is super friendly and wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Whatever you need, he will provide it!! He gave us great recommendations what to do/where to eat and he even thought ahead prior our arrival whether we would be more comfortable in a bigger apartment. I.e. we (couple) had booked a smaller apartment, and he thought to ask the guy in the bigger apartment would he be willing to change in case we are up for it. I wouldn't thought of it, but I really appreciate that he gave some thoughts and just offered it as an option. I would definitely recommend this place!!

The location in relation to the city centre is good. Parking with a residence card (provided) right outside the apartment. Quite spacious and toilet separate to the bathroom
