Everything about this experience was special. The staff were great. When we got there we were shown around and explained all the facilities etc. Lots of attention to detail I.e Dream cards on pillows, Free cake for tea ( which was really yummy) We will definitely go back to this hotel if in the area again.

This was our second visit and it was just as good. Plumwood is ideally located at the centre of Franschhoek in a residential area with lots of restaurants and wineries nearby. Lovely gardens and pool, great breakfast, great rooms and friendly team. The Wine Tram terminal is about a 20 min walk.

Beautifully arranged spaces, from the reception lobby to the breakfast room and adjacent bar, the two swimming pools and especially our deluxe room. The hotel was perfectly located in a peaceful street in easy walking distance from the many lovely shops and restaurants on the Main Street. Delightful staff and delicious breakfast.

The breakfast wss very nice but when i requested packed breakfast because I wsa out ducring the allocated time the choices were not nice nor did they demonstrate value for money

A beautiful boutique hotel with stunning views from the room balcony. Lovely pool area and gardens . The hotel is a short walk from the Main Street in Franschhoek with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The staff are so friendly and helpful

Beautifully designed boutique hotel in a fantastic location close to the Main Street with all its shops and restaurants in Franschhoek. Quiet & comfortable bedroom, stylish common areas, excellent WIFI speed (we needed to work whilst we were staying here), and pretty garden & pool areas. Excellent breakfast selection. Highly recommend

Excellent Breakfast. Lovely comfortable room with a fire although didn't need it in January! Very secure parking infact right next to our room. Beautiful pool area which our room over looked. Honestly bar in the communal area, very nice, with free coffee on tap all day. Great location for the town. Loved it!
