“Would not stay there again!”
The facilities was clean and my room was spacious. I have stayed at several 3 star hotel but would rate this 2 star or less. The person at the front desk was not courteous, we did not feel welcome and when we asked question would just nod or be dismissive. When we got into the room the carpet was wet and when asked for an exchanged we were moved from the 4th floor to the 1st floor. The person at the front desk did not ask our preference and we were too tired to fight with anyone! The breakfast was lacking creativity, we ate the same thing for four days...no oatmeal, no topping options, we only had egg, bacon and bagel. It was so disappointed if I did not prepaid I would have left. It was sad because all that was lacking was courtesy and a decent breakfast for it to be a 3 star hotel!

“All in all one of the best places we have stayed. Very clean and beds were very comfortable.”

Our room was cozy and clean. Very friendly staff. The hotel is in a very quiet and beautiful place. The breakfast was very tasty. We had a good rest after a long trip.

This is our home away from home! We always stay here when coming to the Nashville/Franklin area. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The prices are so on point and it’s close to everything! We always feel safe and comfortable staying here.

We have stayed here multiple times. All of the staff, from front desk, to maintenance to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel very highly.
