Comfortable beds, very clean room and a good shower. Location is excellent for access to the race circuit and communications from the accommodation before we arrived was great. Easy, keyless access.

Nice clean modern basic accommodation, hassle free self check in with clear instructions, good family owned restaurant below the apartments, ideally located for Spa race circuit.

“An overnight stay in Francorchamps”
The location is convenient, being close to the circuit, which we found excellent. Additionally, there is a bakery nearby. The room is also as depicted in the photos and meets our expectations.

“Great location, good rooms. Only downpart is that is a bit noisy”
The location is great, very close to the race track. The rooms itself are pretty big, the shower was ok and the bed was comfortable. The location makes it the best though, there isn't anything in this price range that is closer to the track.

“lovely room, perfect location, perfect for a long weekend”
the whole place was cleaned well, the beds and bedding were comfy, the shower is perfectly adequate nothing to jazzy but still decent enough, location is above one of the best restaurants in the town, its a 10 minute walk to La Source gate. free Nespresso machine in the main hallway which is always a bonus.

“Comfortable hotel close to Spa race track, will book again.”
Very comfortable beds and pillows, air con would be nice but a fan was provided. We ate every night at the restaurant owned by the same company opposite the hotel and the food was superb! Staff there extremely friendly and helpful. Ideally placed for the racing at Spa, a short drive away. I would not recommend staying with very young children (unless keeping windows firmly shut) as they are huge and open completely, good for ventilation but not for small children, did not bother us, we liked the large windows and will book again if we ever travel to Spa.
