The property was clean, tidy and warm upon arrival. It had everything we needed for a small stay. The host was very welcoming and explained the important things of note to us.

Stayed a weekend for a race at the Spa-Francorchamps. Host was welcoming, studio and bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot and had good pressure and the area quiet at night. Walk to and from the track goes past a couple of restaurants. If available for a race weekend, I would recommend staying here.

“Beautiful apartment”

This apartment is just beautiful! Well appointed, has everything you need, including a beautiful quiet setting. The hosts were great, communication fabulous. We stayed because of a race at spa/francorchamp circuit. This was a 25 minute walk away, which was so easy compared to the traffic queues we saw. There are a couple of lovely restaurants 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The surrounding area was stunning to explore. Would definitely stay again.

“Peace and quiet in village location”

Peaceful and quiet location and an easy walk to the village centre with restaurants and boulangerie to pick up breakfast. Well equipped for a short stay. While attached to the main house, I didn't hear any signs of the owners other than saying hello when I arrived.

We received much more than we had expected! Everything was clean and tidy. Brand new furniture and cosy interior. The studio is compact, but ergonomically very well organised. The private garden and the terrace provide a lot of calmness. The location is very close to hiking paths and easy accessible by car from the highway. The check in included some presents as welcome pack. Even there is a self check in, we had a chance to meet the owner, which was very responsive and just a vey nice person. Next time we go to SPA region we would wish to come back to this location.

Very peaceful / very well thought out use of the size. Shower was really nice. Outdoor seating area was fantastic and nice to chill out. Kitchen whilst small was perfect for cooking and has everything I needed to meal prep for 3 meals a day. Really nice peaceful place.

Beautifully finished and modern with lovely outside area. It’s part of the owners house but completely separate, private and quiet and benefits from being in large grounds, with a large parking area. The owners are very helpful and friendly including leaving a welcome pack. Less than a 5min walk to local restaurants and a 5min drive to the race track.

The location is really nice, it's a separate appartment next to the main building. The interior is very very new and modern, I especially appreciated the kitchen, everything was there for us to have great meals. And the bathroom is also very nice! The shower is awesome, you have a lot of space and everything was very clean. We noticed that there was a little enclosure for some chicken, and surprise: we got fresh eggs from those chicken! It was one of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Very quite area. Very close to the center of Stavelot (by foot only 5min), you have a really nice butcher there and also a good bakery. We come back when we will visit Spa again! Thank you François and Martine!!!
