I was informed that this amount would be refunded in full after the room inspection upon check-out, provided there were no damages – which your staff confirmed at the time of my departure. However, to this day, the deposit has not been refunded, and more than 20 days have passed since my stay. This delay is unacceptable, and no justification or update has been provided. Therefore, I must inform you that if the refund is not processed within the next 3 business days, I will proceed with the following actions: File a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities; Publicly report the incident on social media and travel review platforms, warning other customers about the dishonest behavior of your hotel. Washroom door can not be closed at all. The room smell badly. Staff is ok at check in, but she said no room for changing due to fully book.

The place is a good value given the options. Th e bathroom is too small, the parking is not convenient And the elevator and ice machines were down. I had issue with confirming Booking rate with facility.
