The room was very spacious and had an amazing view (we were floor 21) of the river and Paraguay. Nice variety for breakfast, although would be helpful for this to open a little earlier with everyone going on early starting trips!

Very unfriendly staff. If you ask for a breakfast box the day of the check out because you have a early flight they ask you to pay for it even if you have breakfast included in your stay. We couldn’t have breakfast because we had to leave early. Very disappointing.

“Overall a great hotel”
Very good hotel good location on edge of town,rooms are huge, reception was very nice,only thing was the hotel bar was closed on Tuesday evening at around 7 we used to meet as a group before heading out for dinner also the pool cafe was not open, but overall this hotel is well worth staying in,and the breakfast is very good

When we reached the hotel receptionist said they don’t have our reservation in-spite of paying one night price. We panicked. This was not good. After I showed my reservation on the phone then she is saying she found the reservation. I did not like her attitude

We had a rocky start and it was very unwelcoming due to room issues during the check in, and we were transferred to another hotel upon arrival. Hotel manager Rogerio called the next day to hear my complaint and offered his apologies and a nicer room for the rest of our stay. I can say they have really tried to revert the bad experience that happened at the start of our holiday and our stay was much more pleasant afterwards. Breakfast and room were superb!
