“Perfect”

This guesthouse was absolutely perfect. Since it only has two guest rooms, it never feels crowded, which makes the whole place very peaceful and relaxing. The room, living room, and kitchen are all incredibly spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay here. Although it is not located in the city center, it is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, so there is no noise at night and it is easy to get a good night’s sleep. Transportation is also very convenient. It is only about an 8-minute walk to the Route 120 bus stop, where you can take a direct bus to both the airport and Iguazu Falls. There is also a large supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot, offering a huge variety of products at very reasonable prices. This guesthouse is especially suitable for travelers who enjoy cooking their own meals, as the kitchen is excellent. The kitchen is very well stocked, with a great selection of cookware and utensils, making it easy and enjoyable to cook your own meals. However, there are not many restaurants within walking distance. The host was fantastic—always responding to messages promptly and clearly putting a lot of care and attention into maintaining the property. Considering the price, the value for money is simply outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iguazu.

Everything was as described, the bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious. Roger was lovely, place had everything you could need. Short walk to the main road where you can catch busses, pool that's in the sun most of the day as well.

“Excellent stay”

Clean and comfortable. Great location only a short walk from the bus route to the falls, airport, and border. Everything I needed in the kitchen.

The value for money is exceptional. The AC was great considering it was freezing. Roger is really helpful at giving information, especially on which buses to catch as there are no schedules online of the buses.

Owner was really responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a convenient location and is really great value for money. The kitchen, bathroom (especially the shower) and bedrooms are all in nice condition with good space.

The two guys are really great hosts. Roger speaks a very good English and could give us advice about buses, Uber etc. International buses to Argentina pass three blocks away. We totally recommend!

“Very friendly host but far from rodoviaria...”

Roger - the host speaks excellent English (rare case in this country!) He is very reliable and helpful. You have fully equipped kitchen to your disposal, a/c in the bedroom but no hot water in the bathroom :) The bus 120 stop for Cataractas is just 400 m away.

It's quite close to the bus that will take you to both the Iguassu falls and the airport. The room is clean. As you are sharing the owner's house, you have more things available. The owner is very helpful giving us all the tips.
