Location is welcome if you want to stay near the main attractions . Breakfast good enough for a tourist class hotel. They help a lot with transport and taxi services.

“Great place to stay with kids, plenty of room for improvement”

We've been travelling a lot with our children all over the world and have plenty of places to compare with. It would be easy to only complain like others did in other reviews but I don't think it's very useful to people who are deciding weather to book or not. Upside: Great place to stay if you are travelling with kids between 2-14 years of age. The pool area is fun for everyone and in the afternoons animators come to the hotel and organise games and competitions for adults and children. There is a big playing area by the pool with video game machines, slides, pool, table tennis and a ball pool. Since almost all the guests are families, kids easily find other kids to play with in a safe and relaxed environment. For the parents that means finally some time to relax and enjoy themselves. This is a brilliant business concept and we had a great time at the hotel for this very reason. At the same time there is plenty of space for improvement. The drinks (non alcoholic and alcoholic) are overpriced and since the hotel is located at least 10 km away from the next place to buy water, beer or soft drinks you either plan in advance or accept your destiny. The food available at the restaurant is horrible, expensive and options very limited but again, if you are not willing to drive or take an Uber into town that's what you get. The mini bar fridge is of a generous size so there is plenty of space to keep your shopping fresh. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks to the pool area which have not been purchased at the restaurant, not even water. This rule is not always enforced since at least half of the customers are Argentinians bringing their mate everywhere. It seemed to me that there is tolerance as long as you purchase something in the restaurant. Ridiculously they charge for parking. The staff is friendly but has no intention whatsoever to do any more effort than necessary. The cleaning is ok but not exactly thoroughly.

Perfect location, so close to the main attractions! The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out was very easy. The pool was very nice, lots of space for both adults and kids. The included breakfast was very good, nice selection of food and drinks available. Good AC on the rooms! (very much needed in Foz) Big rooms. Plenty of free parking.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious! The hotel is close to the Iguazu falls, so we were there (taxi) in no time. Travelling agency is at the front desk, so they are very helpful. The pools were nice but the water was dirty...

An older style property but serves a good purpose. Don’t expect luxury and you’ll be fine! It was clean, the staff were very kind and it was only for a couple of nights. Food very well priced and tour desk organised everything for us.

“Basic accommodations but priced accordingly”

Accomodations/hotel were very basic. But the price is not high so expected. Communication was a little tough via WhatsApp because it is a bot. Room was clean. Bed was fine.

Good hotel, close to airport, good breakfast and restaurant overlooking the pool area. Tour desk was able to organise taxi to both sides of falls and into Paraguay.

The staff was cordial. Children's games in the pool are a plus. It is well located near water parks, amusement parks and the waterfalls.
