Location is such a benefit - see the falls without the tourists is a special privilege. Staff were wonderful , attentive and thoughtful, hotel & grounds are beautiful. The sunset drinks are perfect !

Perfect. Facilities were clean and well maintained, staff was super friendly and helping - in general very professional -, and structure of the hotel itself is amazing. We had a room facing the waterfalls , a breathtaking view.

Some charges wasn’t clearly explained and we felt uncomfortable with that. Guests need to be very careful, otherwise they will pay unnecessary tax and concierge activities.

What an experience. A huge thank-you to the team at Hotel das Cataratas, especially Verônica at reception and Caique at Y Restaurant. You both made our stay feel that little bit more special through your kindness, warmth and genuine conversations. We love meeting people from all over the world and being able to connect & share stories like this really meant a lot to us. Now, onto the hotel itself.. Absolutely amazing in every aspect. The grounds are spotless & beautifully maintained - from the gym & pool area to the buffet breakfast and rooms. You can really see the level of care and pride the staff take in maintaining the property. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with very clean bathrooms and everything you need for a relaxed & easy stay. After over a month of travelling, it genuinely felt like a home away from home, which was so appreciated. And the views… absolutely breathtaking. There’s honestly nothing to fault. If you’re considering staying here because of the falls, just do it - it’s worth every cent. Having direct access to the park, shuttle service and the ability to explore so easily made everything seamless. We also loved borrowing bikes and riding through the area it was one of the highlights of our stay. Y Restaurant deserves a special mention. If you’re staying, make sure you book a dinner there. Ask for Caique his service was outstanding. He was attentive without being intrusive, took the time to explain each dish and added such a warm, personal touch to the experience. We ended up having great conversations and learning about each other’s lives, which made the evening even more memorable. Overall, an unforgettable stay in every way. Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing!! Everything we asked was included in the price what was a very pleasant surprice as it is usually not the case. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the park to see sunset and sunrise of the falls!!

This is a lovely hotel, with highly professional and helpful staff. Staying here is the best way to have an enjoyable experience visiting the iguazu falls, but even without the falls Staying in this hotel is a great experience. The food in the restaurant is great, both in quality and choices.
