“I would not consider it for a second visit.”
The double room was very small. No table, only one chair. No wardrobe, only few shelf space to keep the cloths. No chance to take out everything from the suitcase. Poor view out of the window. The location is not very good. Although it says it is in the center - it is not. The only thing that it is close to is the bridge to Paraguay. We thought this might be a good option in order to cross the bridge walking - but this is not recommendable. Instead, there is almost nothing of interest you can reach walking from the hotel. Except for one thing: The restaurant Rute Espetinho Bar e Restaurante - this is a great place for dinner. Great food, great service, nice ambient indoor and outdoor. To go to Brazilian or Argentininian side of cataratas, the hotel is not well located - you have to make a whole lot of way in vain only to cross the city. The same is for IGU airport and Itaipu power station. The hotel breakfast is nothing special. Very few options, however good fruit. The swimming pool looks nice on the photos - but you have to cross a quite busy parking lot to reach it. Not the nicest environment. I would not choose this hotel for a second time.

I recently stayed at Dan Foz Iguacu Hotel during my trip to Iguazu Falls, and it was fantastic. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the falls and the surrounding area. The rooms were comfy and had everything I needed. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, Dan Foz Iguacu Hotel provided a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
