Facilities were nice though, we only have to touch one point about the instruction language on the several documents. We are not the Portuguese speaker but some instruction documents were prepared only Portuguese. We appreciate if you can provide those in English.

“High price for the value. Dinner is an important issue, and was disappointing”
The location is good, rooms are ok. Some staff were really nice helping with some itinerary instructions and information. We liked a lot some of the entertainment options (bowling, Zoo, machine games, football pool)

“Comfortable, safe and a very good place for kids”
Facilities are very good for families, food was also a plus. Rooms have a good space and well maintained. Overall a very positive stay near the Iguassu Falls and other family places such as the Bird Park.

“Nice stay for a few days while visiting the falls”
Pool area was great and the kids really enjoyed it. Sports/football field was also enjoyed by the kids - even in the heat! Was nice to be able to walk through the garden areas, see the animals and where they grow the fresh produce. breakfast was plentiful.

a lot of facilities for children. you do not need to leave the hotel at all. great to spend time with family and friends. I personally used the spa for some massage ans also the gym
