Proximity to other township services and that the very helpful Receptionist/Manager had beaut wee Jack Russel named Molly, who was very friendly and reminded us of our JR back in Australia whom we miss. Thanks Molly🐶

“Wonderful”
The hotel is very comfortable and well located. We were able to park our car under cover. Our room was large and had a balcony with a great view. Down the corridor was a guest laundry allowing us to do some washing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and hot meals were cooked to order.

“Nice & Comfy Stay”
Location is good as walkable to all restaurants and the Fox Glacier Hike site! Rooms are clean & spacious! Daily housekeeping too Breakfast is decent & good Staffa service are excellent 👍🏻

This was a fabulous hotel. Location was fantastic and Ash the hostess was amazing. She recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner and helped me to book a flight over the glaciers the next day.

For the price we paid the quality was poor. The balcony was of no use - too small for a chair or table. Fridge was noisy. Plug was missing in the sink. They need to attend to the proper maintenence the rooms
