A very nicely presented, modern, well furnished and immaculately clean room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Located close to the town centre, which is only a short walk away. Lovely gardens too.

Elodie and Laurent are wonderful people and exceptional hosts. They will make you feel welcome and are very personable, and patient if you are not able to speak French. Their dedication to the guests' well-being removes any language gap issues. Breakfast is fresh made daily and is a good start to every day. Pool and hot tub are available as well as a wonderful garden for relaxing. Location is good for restaurants and grocery stores. Charlie is the cherry on top of the list though and if you enjoy cats, please take the time to visit here to meet him.

The breakfast was excellent, bread just out of the bakery, nice cheese, jam, and meat. The hotel is an old aristocratic building, well renovated, with quality furniture, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were also nice with a good view of the backyard.

“Great as a transit location”
A beautiful house in the north of France, close to the Belgian border. Very nice hostess and host, they make you feel right at home. They don't speak English, but this is not their fault but a defect of the French education system. It really is a breathtaking garden where you can sit and relax. They also have a great swimming pool. The bad thing, however, is that it is only open from 4 to 7 PM. As a result, you can practically do nothing else because there is little or nothing to do in the region. That is why I advise to use this beautiful house only as a transit location and not to take 2 days for it. I also advise not to have breakfast as it is clearly overpriced for what you get. This is also not their fault, because the French are not very good at creating a good, versatile breakfast. They are very good at dinners and wines, so that compensates for a few things :) Rooms don't have AC, so be prepared for quite a warm night if it comes in summer.

Outstanding facilities, we didn't expect the indoor swimming pool and hot tub!! The hosts were so friendly and although there was a big language barrier we got on really well. The breakfast is definitely worth the extra euro's.
