“A lovely tidy, compact apartment.”
We enjoyed our days in the apartment, it was great having a fully functional kitchen, the coffee machine with coffee pods we appreciated. The use of the washing machine was a plus. Parking outside the door was really good, also the location was great to explore Fougeres and the medieval fortress.

To turn a single open space into four separate 'rooms' with only one door (the bathroom) demands a keen imagination, good visual ideas and - if you are planning to do all the work yourselves - a very proficient do-it-yourselfer. and Jean Michel and Marie are the ideal couple to carry this out. On top of this they are kind, interesting and generous people, We have spent two very enjoyable weeks in Cocoon and have no hesitation in recommending it as an ideal home-from-home in Fougeres.

“Thank you for a lovely stay”
Everything was perfect. Fougeres is a lovely town and worth a detour for tourists. We came to the town after spending a week with our grandchildren and needed something better than a hotel room to relax and recover ! This was a perfect place, plenty of space and facilities were brilliant. Very stylish.
