“Excellent customer service from the duty manager!”
We took high speed rail from Shenzhen to Foshan but left one of our bags in the train after alighting at the Foshan station. We asked the duty manager Vivian from the hotel for assistance upon checking into the hotel. She was very helpful and responsible for calling the respective parties and spending much of her time till we got the bag back the next day. We really appreciate her assistance and sincere help. Excellent customer service indeed! Thanks Vivian!!! 🙏🏻
