The house itself is so cosy and welcoming it made us feel like we are visiting friends not just staying in another hotel. We truly can not say anything negative about this place. The host was very kind and helpful, explained everything clearly and even welcomed us with a glass of wine. The accommodation is full of unique collector’s items – from antique clocks, swords and old treasures reminding us of our grandparents, to authentic Italian pieces. Everything was clean and comfortable, with excellent beds. The biggest highlight was the stunning view of the city, forests and the sea. Highly recommended!

The Host Andrea was knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. He also made us the most enjoyable breakfast with local foods, even from their own garden. Thank you so much! The view was spectacular and the villas interior was one of a kind. We only wish we had more days to spend there

The breakfast was prepared nicely, with fresh fruits available every day, including figs picked straight from the tree. There was more than enough to eat. The location is well-situated, offering a beautiful view from the window. However, having a car is necessary to get around. We were in a comfortable situation because the owner of the house helped us with transportation, accompanying us on trips, for which we are very grateful.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The room and the house is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is stunning and it's just a short drive to the top and Fosdinovo Castle. Everything was very clean and Andrea is a wonderful host that answers all your questions and more. We also recommend the breakfast that can be served for just a small extra fee. In short: a beautiful stay with a wonderful friendly and professional host. Definitely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Small but cozy room with comfortable bed in a lovely premises, a house full of history. Andrea was a great host, extremely welcoming, giving us many tips for where we could eat, activities and attractions & had many brochures for the region. Breakfast was fantastic. The view from the apartment over the countryside and ocean was breathtaking. .

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful house situated on the top of a gorgeous Tuscan hill. Not only that, but the host Andreas was the kindest soul to every exist. “Magical stay with a great host and peaceful surrounding!”

One of the best B&B we stayed during our roadtrip with motorbike. Andrea is a great host and the house is super lovely and everything is clean. I wish we spent more days here! The room is pretty good and the house & the garden are great to spend time. There are nice small towns around you can go for dinner and sightseeing!

It was a perfect stay. The owner is extremely kind, the property is very clean, the garden is cute and has a great view. We also had a nice breakfast. We will surely come back!

Andrea is a great host. Very kind and modest a good partner for a chat about different topics. Speaks entry level English and Italian we had no problem to understand each other. The house is charming , has got a lot of character. Breakfast was nice too. View is spectacular. It is right on the border of Liguria and Tuscany so you can see both from garden, Hills , cities and see at the end, simply beautiful Garden is lovely too, with many facilities. He served his own bio fruits, eggs, Great value for money. The house was tidy all the time, We had several different non standard requests all were fulfilled 100%. Definitely recommended!
