“Easily one of the best apartments in northern Italy hosted by lovely and heartwarming family”

We had a remarkable vacation, in this lovely apartment with a view, which is nothing else than spectacular. We were traveling with two adults and two kids. First of all, we want to thank Laura and Gianni for our relaxing stay, where we felt at home, right from the beginning. We were flying to Milan and traveling with a rented car to their apartment in Fosdinovo. Due to some trouble with the car renting company, we arrived quite late at around 11:00 PM. Gianni were very supportive and provided us with directions, to reach the apartment as smooth as possible – since the direction Google Maps is providing, is indeed not the best one (we tried it once). Once we arrived, they were waiting already and even served us some Pizza and cold drinks in the middle of the night, so my Family and I could relax a little after the long trip. For the first three days we also booked some breakfast, which was very rich and tasty. It consists of local specialties like very very good ham, mortadella, focaccia, warm pastries and always fresh fruit. One of the daughters of Laura and Gianni runs a small restaurant in the village, where only local ingredients are served – and sometimes potato dishes with potato directly from Giannis farm. We visited the restaurant twice. It was very delicious and these self-made Gnocchi made from purple potatoes... It was just amazing. The entire Family of Laura and Gianni were so nice and sweet with our two kids. Our kids were always excited when we were seeing Gianni and his family. Even with a little language barrier, since we don´t speak so much Italian, it was very nice and heartwarming to see how lovely they were with our children. Casa Laura is one of the best, if not the best apartment you can get if you are looking for a modern and very clean apartment with this kind of view in a non-touristy environment. All in all, this was one of the best holidays we ever had, and we definitely are going to come back! Thanks again Laura and Gianni! Ciao! :)

The apartment seems new and the host Mr. Gianni is really friendly, he explains to us how to reach the apartment because it's not easily reached and recommends dinner at his restaurant, which was excellent. it was a great experience staying in the apartment. 5 star!
