“Excellent for a relaxing holiday particularly for older personnel”

Fantastic breakfast and evening meals. Friendly staff, especially Doriano at reception. Location is isolated and there is a charge for shuttle mini buses to Taormina that get booked up very quickly. Swimming pool facilities excellent. It was disappointing that the tunnel to the resorts private beach was closed (due to weather over winter months when beach was damaged, however the hotel continues to advertise access to private beach on the website).

The hotel view on the sea is amazing. The rooms with terrace and view on the sea are spacious and well equipped. The food is great. But the greatest asset of the hotel is the wonderful staff, so kind and always eager to provide the best service. Many thanks to Salvo, Antonio, Laura, Inna, Davide, Rosario, Maitre Randazzo, and in particular to Samuele, who speaks perfect French, Fabio, for the great cocktails and constant smile, and last but not least, Federica for enchanting our evenings with her beautiful voice 🥰I really recommend the hotel! The room and the view, it was on floor 8 and the view of the coast was lovely , we had a little balcony outside the bedroom which was a lovely little sun trap with walls either side to offer privacy from the neighbours.

“Relaxing stay at atmospheric hotel with great staff”

A brilliant hotel that was the highlight of my trip to Sicily. I would highly recommend to those wishing to visit Taormina but enjoy the peace and quiet a litte further out from the town. The hotel offers frequent shuttle buses into town, and also assists in organising excursions. The hotel is incredibly tasteful and has plenty of character, as opposed to other plain 'conveyer belt' style hotels you can find. In particular, I loved the beautiful outdoor 'bar' area that links the reception area to the restaurant - this was a great atmospehric spot for the evenings. The facilities are all very well maintained: the pools were great, and the restaurant felt special, with great service, clean table linen etc. It was lovely to be able to dine outside at night, looking over Taormina's lights in the distance. The staff were a particular highlight. They were incredibly helpful, and their service always felt very personable. I applaud them on this front, as it seems to be a well-run establishment with friendly people and great communication. I would be eager to return to Baia Taormina, and will be suggesting it to my friends.

Lovely location a short distance from town. Hotel shuttle was very reasonably priced compared to taxi fares.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and professional throughout our stay. The hotel itself is perched on a hill and has beautiful views of the coast. It is in a remote area and perfect for a few days away. There is a shuttle bus that goes to Taormina on a regular basis throughout the day. The pools are lovely, super quiet, and just perfect to relax.

Staff were so nice and really helpful. The swimming pool area was excellent. Great pools. Really clean. Pool lifeguard so helpful and kept area really clean. Always got a sun lounger with a clean towel provided. Breakfast was good.

The property was in lovely location overlooking the sea with stunning views . The breakfast was good but couldn’t get my head around the yoghurt machine . It came out runny with an unusual taste.We had entertainment on certain nights a lovely singer .

Such a cute and charming hotel, just outside Taormina the views are incredible, Extremely helpful and non-problematic staff, they were attentive at breakfast, at the check-in they gave me an upgrade without a thought, couldn’t be more satisfied with the stay

Views of the bay are amazing.

A gem of a property.. lovely staff.. got upgraded to a suite which was so fantastic we stayed an extra night!! Pools are both excellent as is the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle into Taormina and back to hotel was great.. Would definitely recommend this property!
