The staff were amazing, and our cabin had a fantastic view of the volcano. We also enjoyed a nice hot spring. The hotel went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday.

Hot springs pool and surroundings amazing. Location great for view and very quiet. Huge bed with great view of volcano. Nice to have your own bungalow rather than just a room. Perfect but you're advised to have transport as otherwise isolated.

We had Room 15 with an amazing view of the volcano. The hotel is wonderfully green, and from the terrace we could admire an incredible number of different birds. The room was very spacious, and the beds were huge and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back to this hotel and stay in the same room again, as the view was truly unforgettable.

View was to die for, breakfast on the terrace with birds all round was lovely. Better than the pictures no complaints from us.

Cabins are very convenient and you have your own little private balcony. Surrounded by nature which allows you to spot a lot of wildlife. Loved the possibility to jump into the hotspring after the sunset and enjoy a drink. Very relaxing.

“An amazing view of the volcano surrounded by nature”

We loved our bungalow with its sensational view of the volcano. The balcony was the perfect place to sit and watch the wildlife, surrounded by beautiful gardens. We saw plenty of birds, including a toucan, and an iguana. The pool and breakfast area were also great for bird watching and never seemed busy. Jose at reception was fantastic at recommending and organising several tours for us. We had a fabulous stay.

“Very nice”

The view was amazing and having the hot springs pool was very nice. We got to spend our full days outside of the hotel and doing other activities and then spending our whole nights in the pool, having cocktails and dinner while staying in the water. The place is very calm and serene.

Amazing location for relaxing and enjoying the views. Close to all the main sights and the town. Opportunities to watch wildlife without leaving the hotel grounds, we saw a lot of different birds. Very convenient parking options. P.S. Great coffee shop right in front of the hotel.

“Fantastic hotel with own hot springs pool”

We absolutely loved this hotel. The hot springs were perfect and saved us having to visit other hotels for this. It had a swim up bar too. Our chalet had a lovely balcony facing the volcano and as bird watching enthusiasts we saw so many birds. The restaurant was good, a nice breakfast too. Wifi worked well. About 10 minutes drive to town.
