A perfect hotel in an unbelievably beautiful location! The vegetation and surroundings are stunning. The view of the volcano from our room was incredible! The rooms are spacious enough and beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable! The thermal pools, along with the pool bar, meet every need — we didn’t want to get out of them! The breakfast and the food are very delicious! The staff are kind and helpful! The best hotel we have ever stayed in! If we come back to Costa Rica, we will definitely return!

“Felt like fred flintstone vibe in the hotsprings with construction site as a backdrop but I slept good, ate decent and A”
Clean and comfortable. We got an upgrade and they moved us away of the ongoing construction after I asked for it. The construction site was unfortunately a real letdown. Made lots of noises, ugly and couldn’t enjoy the hotspring area. My wife didn’t really enjoyed they stay but I was ok and the staff was really nice. Imo you should not build or even get a permit for such a huge restaurant building project or whatever it was. Looks like a airport terminal. Shame since the area is surrounded by pristine nature in one of thee most beautiful natural reserves on earth. Build smaller, smarter and use natural elements that blends in with nature. Or just don’t build at all.

Very well organised. Staff incredibly helpful and polite without being overbearing. The buildings and grounds were immaculate. Being able to park right outside room was a bonus.

Good location but isolated 15 mins drive from the vibrant La Fortuna with lots of restaurants & shops. Great views to the Volcano when it’s not covered in cloud.

Changed rooms the third night a it was extremely noisy. You could hear the guests beside talking, having their showers, etc. like if they were in my room. If I would known this, I wouldn’t have stayed that extra night there.
