“Fabulous property”

The hot springs are lovely, a great feature after a long day of hiking. The pool and bar area are also very nice.

“Great value for price - amazing staff”
Location is excellent, as it is close enough to city center for availability of any needs. Has amazing views of the volcano. Is one of the few hotels that actually has hot springs within premises at an affordable price. Staff was incredibly accomodating and very helpful. Food was very good, even if slightly expensive at the bar, although it is a touristy area. Everything was kept very clean, specially the walkways which are important to not slip and fall given how much water is around the hot springs.

“Lovely stay, great facilities”
The view of the volcano from the resort was incredible. The grounds were lovely. The hot springs were really nice to enjoy along with the swim up bar which was warm. Food from the restaurant was good and the breakfast each morning had good variety and changed slightly each day. The room were spacious, clean and well maintained. Loved watching all the humming birds in the bush infront of our porch. Family of 5 split between 2 rooms, was fine. We would stay here again. Not much in walking distance but we had our own transport so this did not affect us and was what we planned

“Amazing place”
This place is amazing. The room we had was very large with a lovely patio with rocking chairs looking at the volcano. The hot springs are great, many pools with different water temperatures. They are open until 22 so you can enjoy them until late. We spotted a lot of wildlife in the amazing gardens. We tried the pool restaurant and the food was very good, the waiters there were amazing! The breakfast has a lot of options including someone preparing eggs/ omelette on the spot for you. We also did the horseback ride with them, we really enjoyed it, shout out to the shuttle driver, he was a lovely man that took extreme care of us until we left with the horses.

Rooms with view on the volcano are incredible. The breakfast is excellent and the hot springs are a blessing at the end of a tough touristic day. I loved the convenience of parking the car just outside the villa.

Absolutely everything! All facilities kept in excellent conditions, gardens were lush, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, termal pools were AWESOME, very nice breakfast too. We loads of birds within the hotel, iguanas, lizards,
