“Excellent, exceptionally clean hotel with friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended.”

The breakfast was great: A selection of hot and cold food, drinks, yogurt and fresh fruit. Comfortable seating. The hotel location was good, and so was the internet connection. Excellent, comfortable room with all the facilities you could want.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice; I had a good view from the outside. well located in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel to other colleagues.

Location was oke, yet I have to get used to USA Breakfast service... I reckon it is complete, just not what I expected.

We did not stay here and I will be getting a refund. They allowed homeless people to camp in their parking lot and there was a bum taking a bath with the hotels water hose at the front door of the hotel when we arrived.

“The most horrible experience in 15 years travelling to the US. Unfriendly staff and horrific service”

Staying at Holiday Inn Express Fort Worth West, an IHG Hotel was the worst of the worst experience we ever made travelling to the US. We are travelling to the US for 15 years now and never made such an horrible experience. First, we booked a room which was highlighted as a "2 beedroms appartment". After a long 6 hours drive we arrived with 3 little tired children and the hotel told us they don't have such a room. They claimed that booking.com has made a mistake when describing the room as a 2 bedroom appartment. When we did the booking, we wrote that we are 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children from 5-10yo. They didn't even prepare the sleeping sofa as the fifth bed. So even when they don't have 2-bedroom appartments they could at least have prepared 5 beds for 5 people! So we checked in to a room with 2 twin beds and a bed sofa and waited for the sofa bed to be prepared. When the lady arrived with the blankets, we had to prepare the bed on our own. They didn't even do any bedding service. We told the lady, that we don't have enough towels. Only 2 towels for 4 people where in the room. She promised to bring another 3 towels so that each person has a towel. It never happened. After 2 hours we called them and asked for the 3 missing towels. Somebody came and only brought 2 towels. She vanished before we could count the towels. My husband called the reception and reminded them, that we ordered 3 towels. The reception lady said that they don't have more towels and that we as a family should share the towels. I was so upset and called the reception again. They then agreed to bring us the missing towel. It took us over 2 hours of our precious holiday time just to get enough towels. We then went out and had a rough night due to a family in the upper floor partying and running around until 3 am. On the second day, when we came back from the city, they didn't even clean the room. The Bathroom was cleaned, but they left all beds as they were.
