The location is awesome but the hotel and everything with it is at the opposite side of the spectrum.

Did t get to see it. Notified staff of lateness of my arrival. Was told to use phone at front door to call reception when I got there but no one answered. Could not get in so had to find other accommodation last minute which cost me extra.

Had to move rooms due to bed bugs. If the cleaner would have pulled the bed out slightly they would have seen them at the end of the mattress.

Location, parking

The room was not clean. It's not a safe place. A lot of people around consuming marijuana. I do not recommend this place. Nobody in the lobby at the moment returns the keys. I had to come back the next day because the night before nobody was at the front office.

Breakfast is quite limited.

Location good but the rooms smell of smoke, there were no kitchen utensils so couldn't cook anything in the kitchen. No breaikfast except one time when I managed to get a snack bar and muffin. every other day it was snapped up by some of the unsavoury guests who I saw filling their pockets. There was some real dodgy people hanging around and appeared to be staying in the hotel. I won't stay again

The location is amazing. It is right on the Trinity River which has a path next to it for walking, running, or biking. Additionally, the staff was friendly.

The location has nice shops and restaurants close by. The rooms have plenty of space and bedding was clean.

It’s in a good area and the air conditioning worked fine.

“Buyer beware”

Very little to like about the hotel itself. The area it's in is a redeeming feature, backing on to Trinity River and Trinity Trails very close to a number of good eating establishments with nice shopping across the road. Location was good for purpise of our visit.
