I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk failed to inform me that the hotel was undergoing renovations. This morning, I was abruptly awakened at 8:30 AM by the sound of a drill directly above my room. When I called the front desk to request a temporary pause in the construction or a room change, I was met with indifference. The staff stated they could not assist me, showing no willingness to help resolve the issue. This lack of communication and empathy is unacceptable. I booked this stay with the intention of getting rest, but instead, I was subjected to a very unpleasant experience. As someone dealing with mental exhaustion, this added stress was extremely distressing. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and ensure that guests are informed about ongoing renovations in advance. Respecting guests’ comfort and opinions should be a priority.

Unfortunately the elevator went out of service in the morning of our stay, and we had to use the stairs to exit the facility.

“Was a great “home” away from home.”
Because of the good reviews I was confident in the booking. The room we had was a suite and it felt like an extra sweet bonus. Wish we could have had time to stay again on our way home. Will DEFINITELY stay again if through that way another time!

This property is a real mix of old and worn and some obvious updates, so it's difficult to pinpoint the pros and cons. Good is the bed, large and clean, the countertop, the kitchenette
