The management this time takes extra effort to make this hotel like a place to stay by supplying the bathroom supplies like hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and also their kuerig coffee and cups.

The floor was not washed once in 30 days I took my own garbage out to bin 4 times as the room is not serviced for 2700 dollars you would hope to have the room cleaned There seems to be a different room rate for other workers staying there Rug was vacuumed once in 30 days Washing machines just do not work and if they do they lock your clothes inside My self adhesive window black out curtains were thrown away and I was told that they are not allowed. I went over house rules and nothing about window black out patches are mentioned I work out of FSJ and would avoid this hotel at all costs if I ever work there again The manager has no regard for the guests personal property

The tv not working not much channel, I booked kingsize bed kingsroom with kitcehenett.but move us to 2 double queen size without ketchenette. The first room they give us was not clean yet bed are messy and there is used towel behind the door of the tiolet.its not the rigth room that i booked i was not impress and happy.

Upon arrival front desk couldn't figure out which rooms were even available. First room I was given. Key card wouldn't work, so they gave another one and still wouldn't open. Then decided maybe it was occupied already and switched me too another room. Carpets looked and felt like they hadn't been vacuumed in years. The bathroom had hair all over it, especially the tub and shower. The bath towels had a bunch of gross brown spots on them especially where they were against the wall, and could see where ceiling crud was dripping down onto them.

Staying here is wonderful. Staff always attentive with needs. They took care of me like a family. Special mention to Nav and Ravi, gave me a reason to stay longer. Overall service is thumbs up. I highly recommend this place, location is great to any point. My breakfast each morning is fresh with great smile of the staff. Happy place to stay
