The entire stay was really great, the staff was kind and prompt ,the food was great, the rooms are really clean especially the linen and bathroom.It is as the pictures shown online which is a plus in most cases places are never as they seem online.

The view from the balcony was stunning, the design of the cottages is very clever meaning that there is absolute privacy. Beautiful grounds and lovely gift shop, very tastefully designed and peaceful - we extended another night because we enjoyed the view and surroundings so much.

We were a group of 12 made up of Ugandans and British-Ugandans. The staff was great, treating us kindly and accommodating our early starts. We were greeted with warmth. The rooms were clean, toilets working, quiet atmosphere, beautiful gardens and great service. We really appreciated our questions being answered especially those regarding the local Ugandan names for lakes & national parks as we reject the British coloniser’s naming other countries.

Beautiful location with lovely gardens. Room was lovely - comfortable beds and good shower. There is a restaurant on site with very good food. Easy parking.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the views. The rooms were nicely decorated and very spacious, as well as a balcony. The breakfast was okay, but I wish we could have been offered local coffee.

the rooms were spacious with just the right amount of furnishing. the deck was the right size and had 2 chairs and a table, the bathroom was very clean and modern with hot water, nice towels. the room was cleaned whenever we needed it. very nice grounds with beautiful vegetation. food was very good with a very big delicious breakfast ( free ). Staff were very friendly ( spoke english ), and very accommodating. Food service was good with a good selection.

The beds were comfortable and rooms quite clean. The place has well maintained greenery. All in all a nice environment to be in. The chapatis were great.

I loved the cottages. They were spotless. The bedsheets and towels were super white. I loved the compound, the flowers etc

“Good value quiet accommodation just outside Fort Portal with a great view”

We were a large group of 15 people, and they Koi Koi were very accommodating at looking after us. Gave us all the rooms next to each other, smooth check-in, facilitated packed lunches when required, etc. The restaurant has a large selection of food and it is delicious - given the size of our group we pre-ordered our meals in the morning and our meals despite our large group where then served at the time requested. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily and the view across to the mountains is beautiful, especially at sunset. Nice, quiet grounds. Gift shop on site was reasonably priced. WiFi was not available in the rooms but was in the restaurant and bar areas and was a good speed. Helpful staff. Laundry service was available for a cost but wasn't too expensive
