“Not really a good stay”
The directions to the property were not clear. The desk clerk announced my room number in the presence of another guest even though it was written down. The room assigned had a very difficult deadbolt lock to operate, trying to secure and open. The toilet was running and when I used, did not flush. I was given another room, which was better. Again the desk clerk announced the room number in the presence of another guest. Each time insisting that the person did not understand English. I was told check out was at 11:00am. I walked out of the room at 10:00am, closed the door and immediately realized I left a personal item in the room, but couldn’t get in to retrieve it. I had to go back to the desk to have the key recoded. Amazing!
