“A most disappointing experience!”
We had a two room "corner" suite with a wonderful view from the bedroom. But not much to see from the "living room" given the smaller and grimy windows! Because of our extremely delayed, unexplained check-in, we were provided with two $50 credits, free parking and free breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay. We did not use any vouchers as we prefer to simply have a coffee and a pastry/muffin (bought at the on site kiosk) in our room in the mornings. Other than the restaurants, we made no use of any of the hotel's facilities. My wife and I (79) were revisiting the area (Ft Myers/Sanibel) where we have spent many winter visits dating back to the late '70's, and long-stays since retirement in 2003. Our hotel experience was an unwelcomed distraction!

“A hotel with a fantastic view ,friendly and helpful staff worth a visit.”
Our room was on the third floor overlooking the swimming pool bridge and waterway, the view was exceptional. The room although clean and large enough for a two day stay was tired and dated, However in view of the events the previous year was acceptable. Pulling the car up at the front door we were greeted by valets and porters who went out of their way with advice and assistance. The were friendly and welcoming which set the tone for the reception staff on checking in. Even the manager was helpful with good advice and help when asked. Checking out was the same as our arrival painless and friendly.
